Our story
Evergrove began — in this fiction — with a single walled garden and a conviction that most gardens are built too quickly. The studio was founded to slow the process down: survey properly, draw completely, then build once.
Today the imagined practice covers design, construction, planting and long-term care, with one team responsible from the first sketch to the first pruning season. That continuity is what keeps the finished garden faithful to the drawing.
We think of a garden as a thirty-year project. Materials are chosen for how they weather, trees for how they will look in a decade, and planting for the months when most gardens give up.
