Meadow House
This project is a fictional demonstration. Evergrove Landscapes is a fictional business created solely as a portfolio demonstration project and does not provide real landscaping or gardening services.
Project overview
Drifts of ornamental grasses and perennials washing up against a contemporary rural house.
A matrix planting approach: a grass base with repeated perennial punctuation, chosen to hold structure well into winter.
Design concept
The garden is designed to be looked through rather than at. Low grasses near the glazing rise as they move away from the house, blurring the boundary with the fields beyond.
